Ervin Elberton Forquer was born in Isabella County, Mich., March 9, 1872, and died in Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, April 2, 1952. He spent his boyhood days in Gratiot County. He was married to Anna L. Harvey in Saginaw in 1908 and she preceded him in death by sixteen years. Two children, Irene Claflin of Lansing, Mich., and Hugh Forquer of the Review and Herald in Washington, D. C., survive. He was laid to rest in the beautiful county cemetery near Sumner, Mich.
