GIBBS — Sarah Dove was born in Petham, England, March 26, 1826, and died Feb. 26, 1911, aged eighty-four years and eleven months. She was married to Knowler Gibbs, Dec. 1, 1846, and to this union eight children were born. They came to America in 1850, first settling in Sandusky, Ohio, and later removing to Ingham County, Michigan, and from there to Gratiot County, in 1857, settling on the farm where she resided at the time of her death. Sister Gibbs was a Chrittian woman, and was loved by all who knew her. We believe she will come forth from the tomb at the resurrection of the just.
