Miss Minnie Mellinger was born seventy-six years and ten days before she was taken by death Sept. 24, 1948. She had lived in Gratiot Co., Michigan, all her life, the most of the time in or near Ithaca. The last six years she has lived in the home and under the nursing care of Mrs. Harvey Wood of St. Louis. Miss Mellinger had been a devoted Seventh-day Adventist since her early youth and died in the “Blessed Hope” and certainty of an eternal reward after the sleep
of death.
