Mrs. Fred White, nee Krisher, was born in Gratiot county, Mich. Nov. 19, 1869 and passed this life at the home of her daughter, Mrs. L. Holliday, Ionia, Mich., Feb. 17, 1949. She was affiliated with the Adventist church of Belding for more than forty years. Even though she could not attend church in her latter year because of ill health, she remained faithful to her beliefs and continued an earnest faith in the promises of God.
